In working with Lamba Academy, I felt I do not have a security on the job acquired. Everyday, it feels like I am in the bridge of termination. No matter how good you are, you are a candidate for unjust termination. I was appraised and promoted but when tough times come, the employer has the habit of terminating anyone if he finds himself difficult to settle the salary. The employer have not paid me an amount of $1,200 and immediately terminated me without just cause. Knowing that his business will soon go down, he has no means to pay and settle everything, thus, he chose to terminate me for whatever reason saying that I violated a company policy which we all know for a fact that I have not violated any policy, instead of paying me my salary. Through this, Mr. AJ Lamba owes me $1,200 covering 1 month of my salary. It is very unjust to have worked with a company wholeheartedly but receiving no pay at all.

Aj Lamba is a scammer and will tell you these reviews are from jealous real estate agents. They are NOT, he is a terrible businessman and its his way or the highway. Do not work with him, he will either not pay you, or pay you significantly less than you agreed on. He treats you like he is better than you, always using ALL CAPS in his emails with a very demeaning tone. If I could rate negative stars I would.

Finally i met with AJ lamba he helped me a lot in that situation. He is very professional or experienced consultant in Ontario. I was completely satisfied with his services. I also recommended him to my lots of friends living in Ontario and they also got same professionalism from him.

AJ Lamba is a highly educated real estate consultant. One of my friends suggested him to me. Actually last month my company shifted me to Ontario but due to my busy schedule, I was unable to find out suitable home near my company. AJ Lamba helped me a lot. We just meet once and all the discussions are easily done by phone calls. Within a week AJ Lamba finds out a beautiful apartment for me.

was offered a job as a virtual legal consultant in his academy. For HR processing, I have shared all the relevant proof issued by Indian government to prove my genuineness and credibility. Post that when the employment contract was issued, address of the Lamba Academy mentioned was fake and the incorporation details were missing. I raised concerns about the discrepancies in the employment contract and sought for a written explanation through mail.He replied to my mail abusing me verbally that I am crazy and not real.
He is fake and unprofessional in his dealings.Please do not trust him.

I’m a paving contractor and I was hired by AJ Lamba to pave a driveway in oakville. I completed the job.As discussed I agreed to pay me when the job is finished. So when I completed the driveway he started to find ways to come up with excuses and to fight over the phone. We got to a point where he just ignored my calls and just blocked me. This guy is a con artist. DO NOT DO ANY WORK FOR THIS GUY. He owes me $5000

He doesn’t deserve a 1 star. Please stay away from him. He’s a very good talker
